THE TOWN OF GREENWOOD WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS ON JANUARY 27, 2026 AT 6:30 PM AT TOWN HALL 100 W. MARKET ST. GREENWOOD DELAWARE TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION:
Two Bees Ventures, LLC. is seeking five (5) variances from the R-1 dimensional regulations for the project known as The Cove Phase II, located at Duck Creek Ln. & Cart Branch Cir. , parcel No.s 530-10.00-49 and 530-10.00-53. The applicant seeks variances from the required lot area for minimum lot area, minimum street frontage, front, side and rear setbacks. The application is available for review at the Town Hall, located at 100 W. Market St. Monday – Fri, 8 am-5 pm. Written comments may be submitted until January 26, 2026.
