THE TOWN OF GREENWOOD WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON MAY 5, 2026 AT 6:30 PM AT TOWN HALL 100 W. MARKET ST. GREENWOOD DELAWARE TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS:
Sussex County Habitat for Humanity seeks variances from the front yard setback requirements in the R-1 Zoning District for proposed structures on the property located at 300 West Market St., Parcel No. 530-9.16-62.00.
B Ray Investments, LLC, seeks variances from the front yard setback requirements in the R-1 Zoning District for proposed structures on the property located at 3 North St., Parcel No. 530-9.16-29.02.
The above applications are available for review at the Town Hall, located at 100 W. Market St. Monday – Fri, 8 am-5 pm. Written comments may be submitted until May 4, 2026.
